St Catherine’s is more than its broad curriculum, rigorous academic program and countless cocurricular activities – we are a community.

Applications closed

Due to demand, we have closed applications for the following intakes: 

  • Senior School (Years 7 to 12) 2025 and 2026
  • Years 5 and 6 2025 and 2026

Please note, this does not include boarding and 2026 scholarship applications.

We have four standard intake years for the majority of new students: Kindergarten, Years 3, 5 and 7, with students from the Junior School given prioritised entry into the Senior School. 

We are unable to provide short term enrolments at St Catherine’s.

If you are considering St Catherine’s for your daughter, please complete an application to place her on our waitlist as soon as possible.

We highly recommend visiting us to see the school in action during one of our Open Mornings. 

Steps to enrolling

Step 1: Application
Complete our online application form, taking care to ensure you provide all relevant information as required.

Applications for senior school (Years 7 to 12) are currently closed for 2024 and 2025, except for boarding and scholarship applications.

Step 2: Connect
Experience life at St Catherine's for yourself at one of our Open Mornings.

Alternatively, book a private tour or connect with us on the road at local and international expos.

Step 3: Interview
You will be invited to interview two years prior to the commencement year.

Parents and girls gather for an informal talk about the school, followed by a tour and then an interview with our leadership team.

Step 4: Offer
After we've met and if a place is available, successful candidates will receive a formal letter of offer.
Step 5: Acceptance
Parents have two weeks to accept the offer of a place.

The place will be held for your daughter once your enrolment fee has been received.

Step 6: Orientation
We do our best to get you and your daughter familiar with the school before she starts - with introductions to senior staff, uniform fittings, tours and access to the school portal available well ahead of time.

Our Open Mornings allow you to experience the magic of life at St Catherine’s for yourself and discover why we’re the right school for your family.
